By downloading, installing, or using Sereva ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Sereva provides sleep sounds, visual relaxation content, and daily affirmations designed to promote calm, clarity, and rest. Some features require a premium subscription.
Sereva offers auto-renewable subscription plans (Monthly and Yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
If offered, free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled beforehand.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
All content in the App, including sounds, videos, images, and text, is owned by Sereva or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sereva content is for relaxation purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sereva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
